Who we are

Coach JI (coachji.com) is a photo-first fitness, calorie and workout tracker. For anything privacy-related, contact us at support@todoitservices.com.

What we collect

• Account — your name, email, and (if you sign in with Google) your Google profile photo.
• Meals — the food photos you capture, the meal logs built from them, and your personal food library.
• Body profile — sex, age, height, weight and body-fat estimates you enter (or confirm after an AI body scan), plus your calorie goals.
• Training — workouts, exercises, sets, personal records, programs, activities, steps and water intake you log.
• Technical — session and signed-in device info (so you can log devices out remotely), and how you first found us (referral codes / campaign tags).

We do not sell your data, and we do not show ads.

How AI processes your photos

The photo features are powered by third-party AI providers (Anthropic and/or OpenAI). When you use them, the relevant image is sent to the provider to be analyzed and the provider processes it solely to return the result:

• Meal photos are analyzed to estimate foods and macros. These photos are stored in your account so you can review your log.
• Body-scan photos, gym-machine photos and workout form-check frames are processed in memory for one analysis and are never stored on our servers.
• Coach voice lines are generated as audio by OpenAI's text-to-speech.

Who else processes your data

Besides the AI providers above, we rely on a small number of services to run Coach JI. They only receive what they need to do their job, and only when you use the relevant feature:

• Google — if you choose "Continue with Google", Google confirms your identity and shares your name, email address and profile photo with us.
• Apple — if you choose "Sign in with Apple", Apple confirms your identity and shares your name and an email address with us.
• Resend — delivers our transactional email (password resets and account notices), so it receives your email address and the contents of that email.
• Razorpay — processes payments if you ever buy a paid plan. Card details go directly to Razorpay — we never see or store them. (Coach JI is free during our first year, so this is currently unused.)
• Hosting — our servers and databases run on rented infrastructure in a secure data centre; the provider stores the data but does not use it.

We do not sell your data to anyone, and none of these services are permitted to use it for their own advertising.

Storage & security

All traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Your data lives in your own account and is only visible to you — unless you explicitly share access with someone (a trainer or buddy) by generating a QR code, and you can revoke that access at any time in Settings.

Deleting your data

You can permanently delete your account and everything in it — meals, photos, body profile, workouts, records — in-app at Settings → Delete account. Deletion is immediate and irreversible. You can also email us at support@todoitservices.com and we'll do it for you. Step-by-step instructions live on our Delete account page.

Cookies & analytics

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in. If analytics is enabled, Google Analytics may set its own cookies to help us understand aggregate usage — never to identify you personally.

We also use Microsoft Clarity to understand how the app is used (anonymized session playback and heatmaps), so we can improve it. Your sensitive information — meal and body photos, weight and body-composition numbers, health notes, and coach conversations — is masked in your browser and is never sent to Clarity. Clarity's use of data is governed by Microsoft's privacy terms.
